Cancellation Policies

Dog Walking/Cat Visits/Check-in Visits: No charge is made for cancellations made with adequate notice. However, cancellations made after 9pm the night before will be charged the full price of the visit.


Overnight Services:  No charge is made for cancellations made with adequate notice. However, cancellations made a week before the scheduled booking will be charged 50% of the visit.

Late Payment Policy

All invoices are to be paid within 48 hours of invoice being sent out. Payments not received within 48-hours will incur a $5 charge and an additional $1 will be charged for each 24-hour period where payment is not received.

Last Minute Booking Policy

Ideally, bookings would be made in advance, but I require at least 24 hours notice and I must meet with you and your pet before accepting a booking if you are not a previous client. Bookings made with less than 24hr notice will have a $5 last-minute booking fee.

Extreme Weather Policies

During Extreme Heat or Cold Warnings (above 30C or below -30C) walks will be shortened or potentially cancelled no matter the breed of dog for the dog walker's and dog's safety. If the walk is cancelled, the walker will contact the client and a full refund will be issued to the client's account.   
During snowstorms, ice storms or other types of severe inclement weather walks may be cancelled if it is deemed unsafe for the walker to travel. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the client's account.
